1. Information the Dashboard Accesses
The dashboard reads only the following data on behalf of the authenticated user:
Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 & Google Search Console — if the user connects their Google Account through OAuth:
Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions)
Ad group and keyword data
Website analytics including sessions, users, and engagement metrics
Search performance data including queries, clicks, and average position
OAuth tokens are handled securely and are not stored, not logged, and not sent to any external server
The developer does not receive, store, process, or transmit any Google Ads, GA4, or GSC data
Meta / Instagram data — if the user connects their Meta Account through OAuth:
Page insights and ad performance metrics
Instagram business account analytics
OAuth tokens are handled securely and are not stored, not logged, and not sent to any external server
Dynamics 365 data — if the user connects their Microsoft Account through OAuth:
CRM records including opportunities, leads, accounts, and activities
OAuth tokens are handled securely and are not stored, not logged, and not sent to any external server
2. Data Collection
The dashboard:
❌ Does not collect personal data
❌ Does not collect browsing history
❌ Does not collect website content
❌ Does not use cookies or tracking
❌ Does not send any information off the device
No data ever leaves the user’s browser.
3. Third-Party Sharing
The dashboard does not share any information with third parties and does not sell user data. Data is fetched directly from the respective platform APIs (Google, Meta, Microsoft) using the user's own credentials and permissions.
4. Purpose of Access
The only purpose of accessing platform data is to display marketing performance insights directly to the authenticated user within the dashboard interface.
This dashboard has one single purpose: provide a unified view of marketing and CRM performance across connected platforms for the user who owns those accounts.
