Privacy Policy — Multi Channel Dashboard
Multi Channel Dashboard · Last updated: Jun 2025
This tool does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information.
Information the Dashboard Accesses
The dashboard reads only the following data on behalf of the authenticated user:
- Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 & Google Search Console — if the user connects their Google Account through OAuth: campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions), ad group and keyword data, website analytics including sessions, users, and engagement metrics, search performance data including queries, clicks, and average position. OAuth tokens are handled securely and are not stored, not logged, and not sent to any external server. The developer does not receive, store, process, or transmit any Google Ads, GA4, or GSC data.
- Meta / Instagram data — if the user connects their Meta Account through OAuth: page insights and ad performance metrics, Instagram business account analytics. OAuth tokens are handled securely and are not stored, not logged, and not sent to any external server.
Data Collection
The dashboard does not collect personal data, does not collect browsing history, does not collect website content, does not use cookies or tracking, and does not send any information off the device. No data ever leaves the user’s browser.
Data Protection & Security
- Encryption in transit: All requests to Google and Meta s are made over HTTPS/TLS-encrypted connections.
- OAuth token handling: Authentication is handled entirely via each provider’s official OAuth 2.0 flow. Access tokens are held only in the user’s local browser session for the duration of their active use of the dashboard.
- No server-side storage: The dashboard has no backend database or server-side storage. No tokens, credentials, or platform data are written to disk, logged, cached, or transmitted to the developer or any third party at any point.
- No sensitive data processing: The dashboard does not request, process, or display sensitive personal data.
- User-controlled access: Users can revoke the dashboard’s access at any time via their Google or Meta account security settings, immediately terminating all data access.
Data Retention
The dashboard does not retain any user data, OAuth tokens, or platform data beyond the active browser session. All data is held in browser memory only and is automatically and permanently deleted the moment the user closes the tab, logs out, or the session expires. Because no data is stored server-side, there are no databases, backups, or logs containing user data to delete.
Third-Party Sharing
The dashboard does not share any information with third parties and does not sell user data. Data is fetched directly from the respective platform APIs (Google, Meta, ) using the user’s own credentials and permissions.
Purpose of Access
The only purpose of accessing platform data is to display marketing performance insights directly to the authenticated user within the dashboard interface. This dashboard has one single purpose: provide a unified view of marketing across connected platforms for the user who owns those accounts.
